Replace worn, compressed, or deteriorated factory cab mounts on your 2008-2016 Ford Super Duty Crew Cab with the Mishimoto Silicone Body Mount Kit.
Factory rubber body mounts are constantly exposed to vehicle weight, chassis movement, towing loads, engine heat, road salt, moisture, and years of heat cycling. Over time, the original rubber can compress, crack, dry rot, split, and lose its ability to properly support and isolate the cab.
This complete 8-bushing silicone body mount kit replaces the aging factory mounts with premium silicone bushings engineered to retain their flexibility and resilience while helping isolate the cab from chassis noise, vibration, and harshness.
Mishimoto also includes corrosion-resistant steel mounting cups and a complete Dacromet-coated hardware package, providing a comprehensive replacement solution for worn Super Duty Crew Cab body mounts.

WHY REPLACE WORN SUPER DUTY BODY MOUNTS?
The body mounts connect the truck cab to the frame while isolating the passenger compartment from normal chassis movement and vibration.
Over time, factory rubber mounts can:
-
Compress
-
Crack
-
Split
-
Harden
-
Dry rot
-
Lose their original height
-
Allow excessive cab movement
When the mounts deteriorate, the cab may begin to sag or move out of alignment with the bed.
Common symptoms of worn Super Duty body mounts may include:
-
Excessive cab vibration
-
Increased road or drivetrain noise
-
Squeaks or clunks from the cab area
-
Harsh ride quality
-
Visible cracked or compressed body mount rubber
-
Cab sagging
-
Uneven cab-to-bed body lines
-
Excessive cab movement relative to the frame
Replacing deteriorated mounts helps restore the designed relationship between the cab and chassis while maintaining the isolation necessary for a comfortable heavy-duty truck.
PREMIUM SILICONE CONSTRUCTION
Mishimoto uses premium silicone rather than conventional replacement rubber or harder urethane-style materials.
Silicone is designed to retain its resilience over long-term use while resisting many of the age-related failures commonly seen in original rubber body mounts.
The silicone bushings resist:
-
Dry rot
-
Cracking
-
Hardening
-
Permanent compression
-
Heat-related deterioration
-
Age-related degradation
The material also avoids the dry squeaking that can develop with some aftermarket urethane body mount systems.
HELPS RESTORE CAB HEIGHT & BODY ALIGNMENT
As factory mounts compress, the cab can gradually sit lower on the frame.
This can cause visible changes in the body line between the truck's cab and bed.
Replacing collapsed body mounts can help restore the cab closer to its proper factory mounting height and improve overall body alignment.
This is especially important on trucks that have spent years towing, hauling, or operating in demanding work environments.
HELPS REDUCE NOISE, VIBRATION & HARSHNESS
Body mounts are an important part of the truck's NVH isolation system.
When the factory mounts break down, vibration from the frame and drivetrain can transfer more directly into the cab.
Mishimoto's silicone mounts help isolate vibration caused by:
-
Road impacts
-
Drivetrain movement
-
Chassis flex
-
Frame vibration
-
General road noise
Properly functioning body mounts can also reduce unnecessary vibration reaching nearby components such as the radiator, hoses, and cooling stack.
DUAL-COATED STEEL MOUNTING CUPS
Mishimoto equips each mount with steel cups protected by two layers of corrosion-resistant coating.
Body mount assemblies operate in an area regularly exposed to:
-
Water
-
Mud
-
Dirt
-
Road debris
-
Snow
-
Road salt
-
Humidity
The dual-coated steel design helps resist the corrosion that can damage original body mount hardware over time.
COMPLETE DACROMET-COATED HARDWARE
The kit includes the required:
-
Bolts
-
Nuts
-
Washers
All included hardware features a Dacromet corrosion-resistant finish.
This allows rusted or damaged factory hardware to be replaced at the same time as the mounts rather than reused.
Dacromet coating provides enhanced protection against corrosion in harsh road, salt, and work-truck environments.
CAPTURED-NUT ANTI-ROTATION DESIGN
Mishimoto uses a captured-nut anti-rotation design that holds the nut in position while the mounting hardware is tightened from below.
This eliminates much of the difficulty associated with holding opposing hardware during installation.
The system helps make body mount installation more straightforward and reduces the need for two people to hold hardware from both sides.

Always confirm cab configuration before ordering.
INSTALLATION
This kit is designed as a direct-fit replacement using the factory body mount locations.
No drilling, cutting, or permanent chassis modification is normally required.
Body mount replacement requires supporting and raising portions of the cab from the frame. Proper lifting equipment and safe vehicle-support procedures should always be used.
Due to the age of 1999-2003 Super Duty trucks, installers should also inspect surrounding cab mounts, brackets, frame mounting locations, and sheet metal for excessive corrosion or damage before installation.
Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with cab/body mount replacement procedures.
