Shipping & Return Policy

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE.  WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.  THIS MAKES IT EASIER FOR US AND YOU IN THE EVENT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER.

SHIPPING POLICY
We only ship to the Contiguous United States for free or the quoted price at checkout.  Some items do not qualify for the free shipping option.  Freight truck items are not eligible for free shipping.  If you are outside the Contiguous US, you will receive a separate invoice via email for any additional shipping charges, duties, fees, tariffs, etc. associated with getting your order shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.  The same scenario applies to ALL international orders. 

We use UPS, FedEx & USPS for most deliveries.  Please make sure we have both your USPS & UPS/FedEx shipping addresses when placing an order.  Orders are typically filled within 24 hours of being placed.  Expedited Shipping orders are prioritized.  We ship Monday thru Friday.  WE ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS.  The order cutoff for expedited shipments is 1:00PM Central Standard Time.

RETURN POLICY 
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you have purchased the wrong part by mistake you may still return the item(s) but you will be subject to a restocking fee. This fee is solely dependent upon the condition of the return and the original cost we paid to ship your item(s).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.  However, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

CORE RETURN POLICY
What is a Core?
Many products such as turbos, injectors, injection pumps, high pressure oil pumps, water pumps and some EGR coolers have a core charge that is associated with the new, rebuilt or remanufactured replacement part.  You must return the old part to receive a refund on the core charge paid.  All cores must be like for like and include all parts and pieces that were received on your new replacement product, unless specified otherwise.   Cores must be “as removed from engine”.  Cores damaged from fire are not acceptable, also cores damaged during the removal process may not be acceptable.

The core charge must be charged on all products requiring a core return.  Once the core is returned to the proper location, you will receive a credit to your account on all acceptable cores (see below).  Cores are usually processed within 48-72 hours of being received.  To inquire about a core return status please email shipping@swagperformanceparts.com. 

Exception, customers can returns cores in advance to avoid the core charge. In stock orders will ship immediately once cores are received.

Core Return Label
The core return label is an option offered by SWAG Performance to customers that buy products that have a core charge.  For an additional charge, we can send you a core return shipping label via email.  This will save you time & money on the return shipping.  It also ensures your cores are returned to the correct address.  The label will be insured to protect the core return.   To request a return shipping label email shipping@swagperformanceparts.com.  Cores must be adequately packaged to protect them from shipping damage

Core Physical Condition Requirements
All cores must be in re-buildable condition to receive a full refund of the core charge.  There are some conditions that you will not receive full credit, see conditions below.  Broken, Damaged, or Disassembled cores missing parts/pieces, it will be up to the manufacture on the amount of credit issued.  The same should be assumed for cores affected by Fire or Water damage.  

Cores are eligible for return up to 6 months from the invoice date. Cores returned after 6 months from the invoice date will be accepted & credited at seller's discretion.

 Core Return Instructions - Core Return Form

  1. Please keep all original packaging of your new item & be sure ton include it with the core return.
  2. Drain all fluids: oil, fuel, etc. - before the core(s) return is prepared for shipping.
  3. Place any plastic plugs or caps received on the new item back onto the core.
  4. UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS can't carry fuel or oil-soaked packages, please package cores accordingly.
  5. Place core inside the box it came in.  Most manufacturers require the core to be returned in the manufacturers box.
  6. If there was core return paperwork inside the box, please complete the form and send back with the core.

 *If for any reason, you decide to return the part as a new part, DO NOT use the Core return label provided because it will be processed as a core.

*Since you are responsible for shipping the core back to us, please fill out the core return form below and email it to shipping@swagperformanceparts.com.  Without a confirmed tracking number showing delivery to us, we cannot guarantee your core refund.
