Replace worn, cracked, and compressed factory body mounts with the Mishimoto Silicone Body Mount Kit for 2003-2007 Ford Super Duty Crew Cab trucks.
After years of heat cycles, towing, road exposure, and normal chassis movement, the factory rubber cab mounts can deteriorate, compress, or split. Worn body mounts can contribute to excessive cab movement, increased noise and vibration, poor cab-to-bed alignment, squeaks, and a generally harsher driving experience.
Mishimoto designed this complete 8-bushing silicone body mount kit as a long-lasting upgrade for the original rubber mounts. Premium silicone maintains its flexibility and resilience without the dry-rotting associated with aging rubber or the squeaking that can develop with some polyurethane-style mounts.
The kit also includes corrosion-resistant steel mounting cups and a complete Dacromet-coated hardware package, making it an excellent choice when replacing deteriorated original mounts on a daily driver, tow rig, work truck, or restored Super Duty.

WHY REPLACE YOUR SUPER DUTY BODY MOUNTS?
Body mounts isolate the truck cab from the frame while allowing controlled movement between the two structures. As the original rubber bushings age, they can compress, crack, split, or deteriorate.
Common symptoms of worn Super Duty body mounts may include:
-
Excessive cab vibration
-
Increased road or drivetrain noise inside the cab
-
Squeaks or clunks from the cab or frame area
-
Harsh ride quality
-
Visible deterioration of the original rubber mounts
-
Cab sitting lower than designed
-
Uneven gaps or alignment between the cab and bed
-
Increased movement between the cab and chassis
Replacing deteriorated mounts can help restore the connection between the cab and frame while maintaining the isolation needed for acceptable ride quality.
PREMIUM SILICONE CONSTRUCTION
Unlike conventional replacement rubber mounts that can deteriorate again with age, Mishimoto uses premium silicone designed to remain flexible and resilient over extended service.
The silicone construction is engineered to resist:
-
Dry rot
-
Cracking
-
Hardening
-
Permanent compression
-
Heat-related deterioration
-
Age-related degradation
Silicone also avoids the dry squeaking sometimes associated with harder polyurethane body mount materials.
The result is a body mount designed to provide the durability needed for a heavy-duty truck without unnecessarily sacrificing cab isolation and ride quality.
CORROSION-RESISTANT STEEL MOUNTING CUPS
A body mount is only as good as the hardware supporting it.
This kit includes dual-coated steel mounting cups designed to resist corrosion in an area that routinely encounters water, road debris, dirt, and road salt.
This makes the kit especially attractive for older Super Duty trucks where corrosion of the original body mount hardware can be just as much of a concern as deterioration of the rubber bushings themselves.
COMPLETE DACROMET-COATED HARDWARE KIT
Mishimoto includes the necessary replacement mounting hardware with this body mount kit.
The supplied bolts, nuts, and washers feature a Dacromet corrosion-resistant coating, providing additional protection against rust and deterioration compared with ordinary untreated hardware.
Replacing the mounting hardware at the same time as the body mounts helps eliminate the need to reuse heavily corroded or damaged original fasteners.
KEYED ANTI-ROTATION DESIGN
Mishimoto incorporates a keyed cap and cup-retainer system designed to prevent the upper and lower mounting components from rotating while the mounting bolt is tightened.
This design helps make installation easier and reduces the difficulty traditionally associated with holding both sides of a body mount assembly during tightening.
INSTALLATION
This kit is designed as a direct-fit replacement using the factory body mount locations.
No drilling, cutting, or permanent chassis modification is normally required.
Body mount replacement requires supporting and raising portions of the cab from the frame. Proper lifting equipment and safe vehicle-support procedures should always be used.
Due to the age of 2003-2007 Super Duty trucks, installers should also inspect surrounding cab mounts, brackets, frame mounting locations, and sheet metal for excessive corrosion or damage before installation.
Professional installation is recommended if you are not familiar with cab/body mount replacement procedures.
