WCFab WCF100855 68" Traction Bar Kit

Help prevent axle wrap in your performance-built truck when you install the Wehrli Custom Fab WCF100855 68" Traction Bar Kit from XDP. Traction bars are mandatory when increasing power on your diesel truck as they will prevent the axle from twisting which can lead to broken u-joints, driveshafts, and even axle housings. This kit includes polyurethane bushings on the axle side and rebuildable and grease-able “Johnny Joint” Heim on the frame side. This Johnny Joint allows for adjustment of torsion on the axle or if you raise or lower the rear of your truck. This provides you with a decrease in noise and vibrations found when using a Heim joint on both sides. 

The Wehrli Custom Fab 68" Traction Bar Kit uses grade 8 hardware to connect the bars to the mounts on the frame and axle. The included brackets bolt onto the bottom of the axle tube using the axle U-bolts and weld to the frame on the front end. Finally, the traction bars are professionally powder coated in-house at Wehrli and come standard with an epoxy Primer base coat before the final color. This epoxy primer improves corrosion resistance by more than ten times compared to a standard single powder coat application.
