This product is NOT intended for use on public highways or streets. Do NOT install or use this product until you (“the Buyer”) have thoroughly read and understood the Swag Performance Parts Disclaimer. It is your responsibility to comply with all local, state, provincial, and federal laws regarding vehicle modifications and emissions. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to all terms stated in the Swag Performance Parts Disclaimer.
Swag Performance Parts (the Seller) assumes no responsibility or liability for the use, service, or proper installation of any product sold. Additionally, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicle components that may result from modifications. Please note that installing this product may void your vehicle’s warranty and may interfere with your dealer’s ability to diagnose service issues. We highly recommend consulting with your dealership regarding your vehicle's warranty before making any modifications.
Again, please be advised this product is intended for OFF-ROAD / RACE COMPETITION USE ONLY and is not designed for highway or street use. Swag Performance Parts is not liable for any voidance of your vehicle's warranty due to the use of this product.
By purchasing, the Buyer accepts full responsibility and waives all claims of liability, whether implied by law or otherwise, regarding the installation and use of any high-performance, off-road product. The Buyer agrees that Swag Performance Parts is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses that may occur, and holds Swag Performance Parts harmless from any related claims. Under no circumstances shall Swag Performance Parts be responsible for any costs, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or sale of these products.
The Buyer agrees to operate their vehicle safely and legally at all times, regardless of any feature or function provided by the Seller’s product. The Buyer further agrees not to exceed posted speed limits, tire speed ratings, or the maximum speed rating or RPM of the engine while operating the vehicle.
Under no circumstances will Swag Performance Parts be held responsible for personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from unsafe vehicle operation, misuse of this product, or violation of applicable laws. The Buyer assumes all risks and responsibilities.
The Buyer also agrees that Swag Performance Parts is not responsible for any labor costs, travel expenses, removal, reinstallation, diagnostics, or any other costs associated with this product, whether due to defect or any other cause following installation.
By purchasing this product, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for complying with all applicable Federal, State, Provincial, and Local emissions laws. In the United States, please reference the Clean Air Act at http://www.epa.gov/air/caa/. In Canada, refer to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999 (CEPA) at http://www.ec.gc.ca/lcpe-cepa/eng/regulations/detailReg.cfm?intReg=65. Regulations vary by region, and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all emissions, noise, and vehicle regulations.
Swag Performance Parts is not responsible for how the Buyer uses their vehicle after purchasing or installing any product.
