Why Upgrade?
The 6.0L Powerstroke is known for several factory design updates that improve long-term reliability. One of those improvements was the redesigned turbo oil drain tube, which provides a less restrictive return path for hot oil exiting the turbocharger. At the same time, replacing the original braided oil supply line helps eliminate another common leak point as these lines age.
