The improved flow characteristics help increase throttle response, promote quicker turbo spool-up, and can contribute to lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) under heavy load. This design has been shown to outflow the factory manifold by up to 49%, depending on application and operating conditions.
Designed as a direct replacement for the factory manifold, this version retains the factory EGR system with cast-in EGR provisions and utilizes the factory turbo mounting location for a straightforward installation with no modifications required.
