Restore reliable injector performance and eliminate common wiring-related injector faults with the SWAG Performance FICM Injector Wiring Harness for the 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel. Designed as a direct OE-style replacement, this complete engine harness connects the Fuel Injection Control Module (FICM) to all eight fuel injectors, ensuring accurate electrical communication for proper injector operation.

A damaged or deteriorated injector harness is a common cause of injector circuit codes, intermittent misfires, rough idle, hard starting, and poor engine performance on the 6.0L Powerstroke. The SWAG Performance harness is manufactured using premium automotive-grade wiring, OEM-style connectors, and high-quality terminals to provide dependable electrical performance and long service life in demanding diesel applications.

Whether you're replacing a failed factory harness during injector service, installing a new FICM, or diagnosing injector circuit faults, the SWAG Performance Injector Harness delivers OE-quality fitment and reliability at an exceptional value.

Important Fitment Note

This harness is compatible with all 2003-2007 6.0L Powerstroke applications. The harness is manufactured using the later Ford design, so when installed on some 2003-2004 engines, portions of the harness may have slightly different factory bends or routing than the original harness. This is completely normal and does not affect installation, fitment, or performance. All connectors are correct, and the harness installs directly into the factory locations without modification.

Common Symptoms of a Failed Injector Harness

  • Rough idle
  • Hard starting
  • Intermittent injector operation
  • Injector circuit DTCs
  • Engine misfire
  • Loss of power
  • Injector contribution or balance faults
  • No-start condition caused by injector circuit failure
  • Chafed, brittle, or oil-contaminated wiring

Installation Notes

  • Connects directly between the Fuel Injection Control Module (FICM) X1 & X2 connectors and all eight fuel injectors.
  • No cutting, splicing, or wiring modifications required.
  • Inspect injector connectors, FICM connectors, and retaining clips during installation.
  • Always verify that wiring is routed away from sharp edges and excessive heat sources.
  • Professional installation is recommended whenever injector or FICM service is being performed.
