The ReadyLift Xtreme-Duty Fabricated Upper Control Arms 67-35160 will help maintain the factory driving experience in your lifted GM Silverado/Sierra 2500HD/3500HD 2WD/4WD. Each arm is laser cut and CNC-bent from .125" 4130 chromoly plate steel to create a strong fabricated design intended for heavy-duty truck applications. The pivot points are designed to be maintenance-free for long-term durability, while the 1-ton spring-loaded high-angle HD series ball joints help maintain factory-style driving characteristics. These ball joints are engineered to handle the added stress commonly associated with larger aftermarket wheels and tires.
To help protect the ball joints from road debris such as salt, sand, and other contaminants, the control arms include CNC-machined billet aluminum caps designed to help extend component life. The frame-side pivots utilize ReadyLift's proprietary TCT bushings, which are self-lubricating and designed to reduce friction during suspension movement. These bushings also include "side biter" washers that assist in maintaining proper alignment settings. The free-floating bushing design helps reduce friction that can contribute to premature wear in traditional bushing designs. Each ReadyLift Xtreme-Duty Upper Control Arm is finished in an Anthracite Gray powder coat and includes a stainless steel ReadyLift badge for a clean appearance under your truck.
