The ReadyLift 49-19430 4.5" Coil Spring Lift Kit With Falcon 1.1 Shocks allows you to run 37" tires on your 2019-2024 Ram 6.7L 3500 Diesel (4WD). To keep the front suspension geometry true this kit includes heavy-duty steel radius arm drop brackets and fabricated steel front track bar brackets. Also included in this kit are bump stop extensions that prevent over-compression of the front & rear Falcon 1.1 Monotube shocks as well as sway bar relocation brackets and a forged dropped pitman arm. Re-clocking the transfer case to accurately align the front output shaft for better driveline angles is done with the included CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum Driveline Indexing System (DIS)
