Fine tune the rear height of your GM 2500HD/3500HD with the ReadyLift 26-3204 5" Rear Block Kit. Including two (2) Rear Blocks, four (4) E-Coated U-Bolts, eight (8) Nuts and Washers, this block kit will safely lift the rear of your truck. Based on an OEM design, the 5" Rear Block Kit is made from cast iron just like the factory block. This ensures maximum strength and reliability. Use these blocks to put a slight rake back in your truck for hauling or towing.
