For 2006-2018 Dodge Ram 3500 (2WD/4WD) Chassis Cab, the HP10136 must be purchased and for 2019-2020 Dodge Ram 3500 (2WD/4WD) Chassis Cab, the HP10349 must be purchased for vehicles that have a round axle tube with the breather located approximately 7'' from the spring pack.
