Early 6.0L Powerstroke engines often experience lower-than-desirable fuel pressure, especially under load. Low fuel pressure can accelerate injector wear and contribute to drivability issues. Ford addressed this with the updated Blue Spring regulator, which increases regulated fuel pressure by approximately 10-12 PSI, providing more consistent fuel delivery throughout the RPM range.

Important: This kit is designed for Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks and Excursion models only. It does NOT fit Ford E-Series (Econoline) vans, which use a different regulator configuration.
