Industrial Injection Reman Performance Injector 60 HP For 07.5-12 6.7L Cummins 0 986 435 518SEDFLY

The Industrial Injection 0 986 435 518SE Remanufactured Performance Injector for your 2007.5-2012 Dodge 6.7L Cummins comes in multiple power levels to match almost any fuel demand. Industrial balances their injectors to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and have put a lot of time into making these the best injectors money can buy. All injectors that Industrial builds in-house are built with brand new factory OEM parts, including the nozzles. These injectors come with a new copper crush washer and o-rings for installation. Each injector is individually tested on a state of the art Factory OEM test stand to ensure that they meet OEM specifications. Each test includes a resistance test, system leak test, purge, idle speed test, mid load test, full load test, and static back leak test. Each test cycle checks solenoid response time, back leak flow, and fuel delivery.

Typical gains are a 1-3MPG increase in fuel economy. Industrial Injection balances the injectors to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer.

When replacing the injectors in your 6.7L Common Rail it is highly recommended replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem most often is from the injector connecting tubes.
