Important Fitment Note
Ford changed the 6.0L Powerstroke water pump during the 2004 model year. This pump is designed for late 2004.5-2010 engines equipped with the larger 100mm impeller. Early 2003 and early 2004 engines use a 90mm water pump and require a different part number.
