The Bostech HPOP122X-K2 Reman High Pressure Oil Pump (HPOP) Kit from XDP is remanufactured to stringent specifications for your diesel vehicle. All Bostech pumps are constructed using the highest-quality materials and manufactured to the strictest quality standards. As part of the remanufacturing process each pump is fully disassembled, inspected, and all internal parts are certified to meet or exceed OE specs. Once assembled, each unit is flow and pressure tested as part of the stringent testing process. New pressure plate, new springs, new check valve, and plugs along with new O-rings and seals are installed. The fuel injectors require adequate pressure from the high-pressure oil pump (HPOP) to function properly.
