The Bostech DE610151 Gold Series Remanufactured Fuel Injector is a step up from the Silver Series Injectors for your GM 6.6 Duramax LB7. Like all Bostech Remanufactured Injectors, each unit is 100% disassembled, inspected, polished, and certified to OE specs with all mating surfaces lapped to a precision finish.
On the Gold Series, Bostech injectors are disassembled with each component being cleaned, inspected and tested. High wear components are replaced new and all other components are certified to original specifiaction. The injectors are assembled in a clean room and multi-point tested before going to the final End-of-the-Line test which checks each injector for correct flow, spray pattern, and electrical timing as well as back flow and leaks.
