Exhaust Back Pressure Valve actuator rod leaking? Can't get the seals from Ford Motor Company anymore?  Don't want to pay the same price for a Remanufactured Pedestal just for this to happen again in a few years.  Why not fix this issue permanently with a high-quality drop-in replacement?  The EBPV Valve is not required and very troublesome, just eliminate the problematic EBPV headache and be glad you did.

    Honestly best option you can make it opens up more for less resistance on your blow out and it’s one less spot you’re eliminating that the pedestal will leak from it’s worth every penny. Note you will have to tuck away your ebv sensor and if you have an updated code reader yes a code will throw but it’s not and engine light code so it’s like it’s never there!!!

    When my pedestal started leaking I knew I wanted to replace it with a delete pedestal. This was exactly what I was looking for at a great price. It seems to be working well.
