The GM 12624683 Replacement Passenger Side Exhaust Manifold is a direct replacement for your 2001-2015 GM 6.6L Duramax. Over time, due to heat cycles and corrosion, the factory exhaust manifolds can crack or become damaged. This manifold is a factory replacement for your stock one. Gaskets not included.
