When removing your Exhaust Back Pressure Valve on the Turbo Pedestal this will set a 'soft code'. The soft codes do not trip the CEL but can be seen with scan tool data. This device will elimate this soft code. 

This only works on the 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L - DOES NOT work on 1994-1997 models!
