If you broke an exhaust manifold stud on your 1994-2018 Dodge Cummins 5.9L/6.7L it’s time to upgrade to an Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit (4mm Allen Socket Head).  These manifold studs feature a 4 mm external hex head for easy installation and are also stronger than the stock OEM bolts which allows for a higher clamping force and easier installation.

  • 12 Point Nuts and Washers Included
  • Higher Clamping Force (Torque to 40ft/lbs using Anti-Seize)

Cummins 5.9L 12V (1994 - 1998) - Aftermarket exhaust manifold only
Cummins 5.9L 24V (1998.5 - 2002)
Cummins 5.9L 24V (2003 - 2007) - Requires removal of factory heat shield
Cummins 6.7L 24V (2007.5 - 2018)
