SWAG PERFORMANCE NON-SERVICED HPOP PLUG
fits 94.5-03 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel Engines
If your High Pressure Oil pump is leaking from the Bottom port. This port is called the Non-Serviceable Port. It is probably leaking because of the OEM Short thread plug. SWAG Performance has the repair plug that will even repair a plug that is completely stripped the original threads. We made these plugs to exact OEM specs using 303 stainless steel.
To service this plug we recommend removing the pump from vehicle. This will require the need for a new mounting gasket Mahle Original P/N - B32600. On the 1999-2003 Models it will be easier to remove the fuel filter Canister. This will require replacement of the four fuel line seals, which come in SWAG Performance kit P/N - SWF-9C065-7.3SD
