The engine oil cooler in the 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel is quite possibly one of the weakest links.  Replace your oil cooler with our Heavy Duty upgraded design.  If you monitor you Oil Temperature and Coolant Temperature and there is a difference of 20+ degrees, it is time to replace your engine oil cooler.  A ruptured engine oil cooler can lead to catastrophic internal engine damage.  When the cooler ruptures mixing oil and coolant, this will leave you with a very large repair bill.  We also highly recommend replacing the EGR Cooler when replacing the oil cooler.  This kit also includes an intake gasket set.
