If your current controller simply 'buzzes' when engaged it may be your wires or your glow plugs and not your controller at all. If you do not check these first before replacing your controller it will not fix the problem and the replacement controller will 'buzz' too.

I like the fact that swagperformance has a variety of OEM Motorcraft parts, the only problem I see is that when you buy a part and get sent another part but it's still similar but different due to upgrades from Ford etc.... Just place a note letting the customer know why the difference in part # , I will come back if I need any other parts in the future.
