The billet actuator in this kit is a direct replacement for Ford Powerstroke 7.3L 99.5-03 GTP38 turbocharger, and it's a good performance upgrade. The rod of the Actuator is adjustable from 165mm to 195mm. The working pressure is 33psi or 2.25Bar. Tightening the tension on the threaded wastegate rod will increase the working pressure. The distance between the center of two mounting bolts is around 33mm.
