Upgrade your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke with the BD-Power 1045821 Screamer Stage 2 GT37 Turbocharger. The Stage 2 Turbocharger gives you a stock appearing performance replacement that has been dyno proven to deliver up to 428HP. Featuring a 10-blade turbine wheel with taller vanes, and a larger 66mm exducer. BD's technology keeps the exhaust vanes in an efficient zone for improved turbine performance. 

 
The full blade compressor wheel amplifies the 6.0L turbo noise especially with an aftermarket air intake. Built as a direct drop-in replacement, the Screamer Turbocharger gives you an easy-to-install upgrade without the hassle of replacing many other components. This turbocharger is ready to scream past any PowerMax. 12-Month / 24,000 Mile Warranty.

Pues comprar fue muy fácil no sé si es la página o es Google pero a mí me salió en español que es mi idioma preferencial y obviamente encantado con las opciones de envío que va desde gratis hasta rápido pero costoso pero bueno esperemos que la calidad del turbo sea muy buena que eso es más importante
